Aside from beginning a singing career at the age of six, I also have been a visual artist since that age as well. Illustrating, drawing, photography have been passions of mine as far back as I can remember. I could not decide which path to follow, so I chose both.
2001-Present - I personally formed a number of S-Corporations for the purpose of doing business as a Recording and Performing Artist in all aspects of the entertainment industry. I am responsible for production and management of my artistic identity and development including hiring independent contractors, musicians and assistants, organizing live and recording productions, producing capital generating products, marketing of services and products, purchasing and maintaining production equipment, sustaining current knowledge of computer software and industry related trends and standards, maintaining and expanding market share and profitability. I established a 5O1C3 charity to support US Disabled Veterans. I was also instrumental in the success of Rao’s Homemade Pasta Sauces ad campaign in early 2018 by singing, acting, and composing part of the music for nearly two dozen separate video ads that are being released via the internet and television. Some of these ads have well over 1 million views on YouTube alone.
Key Achievements and Honors - I was ranked the number one selling Classical Artist in Billboard Magazine 2001-2002, nominated for regional Emmy Award for Self-titled PBS Special, recipient of the State of New York Governor’s Award for Excellence, guest radio host WICC in Bridgeport CT, featured Artist on major networks including ABC, PBS, NBC, CBS, TBN, FOX, The Food Channel and other national affiliates, and performed in a host of the nation’s most distinguished and recognized performing arts venues, casinos and establishments including Lincoln Center and Carnegie Hall. Additionally, some of my recipes were published in PASTA magazine. In June of 2018, I had my first gallery premiere and showing of selected photographs and graphic designs at the Bilotta Gallery in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
Here is a short list of my clients and alliances - The William Morris Agency, The New York Mets, Manhattan Beach Recording Studios, The New England Patriots, The Order of the Sons of Italy, The Italio-American Coalition, The New York Rangers, The U.S. Open, Belmont Raceway, WLIW21, BMG, MSNBC, RCA/Victor Records, Northfork Theatre at Westbury, Foxwoods Casino, The Sands Casino, The Luxor Casino, Songwriters Hall of Fame, Fox Sports, ABC, Former U.S. President Gerald Ford, Former U.S. President George H.W. In my earlier years, I served as a Crisis Intervention Counselor and Teaching Substitute responsible for remedial instruction, crisis intervention counseling and behavior modification of severely emotionally handicapped, physically disabled and socially maladjusted children ages 5-18 and worked as a Teaching Assistant/Substitute for gifted children grades 2 through 6.
Both ART and MUSIC have defined my existence since those initial days of Catholic elementary school. They are my motivation for waking up in the morning and when dreaming during sleep. I just want to do more with them each and every day, hopefully to promote peace, love, tolerance and understanding.
